project Minor. Car has been chopped/couped
with Willys style flip front. Runs a 2 litre Fiat twin cam, disc
conversion on front and Vauxhall live rear end. Final colour is going to
be black 'n flames.

Dusty Laughers 100E
Built by Paul Nicholls about 3 years ago Dusty bought it last March. It has a 2
litre Pinto and Sierra 5 speed box. Capri front suspension and steering. 105E
rear axle with RS200 diff.. Dusty has made it his by putting Anglia steels on
the front [thanks to Paul G of ukhotrods e-mail group] and Lotus steels on the
back. He had it re-sprayed in Mercedes SLK yellow with Ford Belladonna scallops.
Also Dusty replaced the front seats with Jag leather ones and fitted a carpet
[bought for his A in '95!!] and fabricated a parcel shelf and lower dash. making

Great looking 54 Austin A40 Somerset. Has a 2L ford engine,5sp box, Austin
A55 rear axle, MGB 3.9 diff, MGB disc brakes, A60 drums at the rear, lowered
about 4-5 inches, 17inch wheels, four bucket seats, shaved handles, wing piping
removed and wings blended in and fuel filler has been moved into the boot.
A wicked combination of the Classic Somerset style, mixed with some nice modern
touches that suit the Car Bang on!
