NSRA Hot Rod Drags 2001 (photo's by Paul Vesty)

These following photos have been sent to the uk-hotrods web site by Paul Vesty who attended the NSRA Hot Rod Drags 2001 on the Saturday so sit back and enjoy!

I have tried to put them in some kind of Order so this page should be all British Tin ( & Fiberglass) This fist one being a mean looking Pop Drag Car!

I do love the look of a a Pop with std rear Arches don't know how it makes em handle but it sure does look Cool! Nice Reg on the pinstriped widened arch Pop

Large center caps work well on this Anglia (3 slot grill) and 80's style Pop still works with front wing flames!!

Not Many Ford 8's  about but they make a very practical Rod! this one looked  Ace with the std Spare in the boot and polished Centerlines. Twin rear exhausts give away its hidden  power as you travel behind it! This one is the 1938 FORD 8 built several years ago by Reudi Bartholdi. a very impressive rod and an impressive bit of info eh ;>) thanks to Paul Vesty *Anorak* *smile*

Didn't know quite how to categories these rods But the one one the left I think I recognize as a Rays Rods body from the 70's and the beautiful Green Pop turned into a Fantastic Highboy by Mark Simkiss Moon tank and 37 ford lights which look a treat and clean up the Pop front no end. +Nice one+

Jus Kidding is the legend this Coupe bears and is again nicely constructed from a saloon I have more info on this one so I will update soon!!

Some British Tin Kustoms

A 60's Classic Capri Steels and chrome smooth Caps looks well. One of the Few American influenced British Cars to be built though one of the most Beautiful 60's cars we have ever produced it wasn't to popular ( no pun intended) with the Car buying public but that does make it a bit rarer!!

Keli Davidson's Kustom Mini following no trends but being a trend setter note Fiat back lights and cool spoiler. Kustom from the Continent looks promising with tunneled light and side skirts eh!! scallops work well to *cool*.
