This look can only come from a serious hard life and just
cant be Faked or bought ;>)
Ahhhh what a life no more polishing. Big contrast though the Willy's was packing
some serious hard wear but the Ford F100 truck wasn't.. diesel powered
*yuck* but the truck is cool!!
This Model A, I saw at Drayton and I make no excuse for
showing it again. my misses gave me strict instructions that I must come home in
this and Boy if only I could of.
This again gets my vote for the Rod I would most like to drive home award!
The photos just doesn't do this Rod justice it really looks like it was a barn
find and has been left so and has a blown Chevy and a quick change rear. pure
class I would even get the tattoos to match if I could own this!! .....
Honest.....
This T stood out to me aswell couldn't say why, other than it sat just right
and used the same theme throughout it had no contradictions which means a lot to
the overall look of any Rod *nice one*.
Couple a Cool Customs or is it Kool Kustoms!!! Ghost Flames are a particular favorite
of mine and these photos do not do either of these paint jobs justice.... Check
them out next time you get chance to see them in the Flesh/Tin...
Not sure what this is I thought Vanguard?? excellent wood treatment and
looked very classy.
Loved the Colour of this A and the Stance of this Pop.
Excellent Show Great weekend and well attended.
Finally Got to see Smax proper now the pressure was off him. The Dance Music was pumping LOUD at his truck and things were more relaxed the planned fire up on Nitro was cancelled and the party was on!" Pete the Mad camera man was filming everything and got some great footage of Smax's record beating engine strip down thingy do da... Which he did by the way getting himself in the Guinness book of records Coooollll eh!.
Time to dismantle tent and load up said our goodbyes and
joined the traffic jam????? WHY????? have I not learned yet wait an hour have some
more fun then just drive straight out once the jam has gone???? don't know why I
can never work that one out Derr Numpty!!
Great sunny drive home and the Fat boys finished off at the all you can eat Chinese
we cleared all that was before us and rolled out fatter and happier and added
some more weight to the Car!!
I will leave the quote of the weekend
to Paul Nichols daughter who after looking long and hard at a new Jag in the pub
car park
"Them is an ugly Car no wonder my Dad chops them up for the
suspension"
Nice one and Seeya next year
Holmsey
I apologise for not having the trophy winners list I never
stayed to the end I did see the Nash line up and the Orange 55, Keli's Blue
Mini and cant remember any more. Also I know I should learn more to help me be a
better Car spotter and I should really know everyone's name but That's me I will
get organized one day... possibly happen maybe!!!
And did everyone see the 1938 Ford built in New Zealand in the 80's that was for sale (great condition) well it was bought by Paul and Sam Nichols uk_hotrod members to add to their rapidly expanding collection they will soon be able to have a Rod run of their own!!. Well if Paul ever gets em all built that is eh *wink*......:>)
